Description:
The Tower of the Doom is a side-view platform game packed with excitement and adventure.
Rolland, once a mere ranger but now the only hope of mankind, is involved in a bitter and almost lost war against the evil Orcs. When he leaves his companions to face his painful duty, Garos insists on accompanying him. Garos is everything that Rolland is not whereas Rolland is brave and powerful, Garos is weak, unreliable, cowardly and selfish. But he is also a merry person hoping to find strong themes for his bardic songs during their journey. And whats more he is also a friend of Rollands.
The game is a classical side-view platformer filled with enemies, bosses, doors, switches, treasures and of course – action!
Garos is able to take advantage of darker areas to hide from enemies if he doesnt want to confront them. But Garos is all but defenseless in his desperate Quest for his friends freedom (and his own fame), so the Orcs have a hard time if they try their luck and corner him.
The player can upload his score to the game-server and compare with other players. In the case that two or more players have the very same number of points the player who has advanced more in the game wins. The game auto saves in what is called save points automatically.
